Chicken Salad

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 c chicken-cooked

  • 1/4 c yogurt

  • 1/4 c mayo

  • 3 stalks celery

  • 1 T dijon mustard

  • 1 T red wine vinegar

  • 1/8 c fresh dill 

  • 1 T Celery & Coriander Bitters

  • 1/2 c walnuts-optional

  • smoked chili flakes-to taste

  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together the yogurt, mayo, mustard, vinegar and Celery & Coriander Bitters in a medium sized bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Add in roughly chopped chicken, thinly sliced celery, dill and chopped nuts if using. 

  3. Mix together until every bit of chicken is thoroughly coated.

  4. Season with salt and pepper. 

  5. Add as much chili flakes as you like.

  6. Serve with crusty bread, salad, crackers or eat it with a spoon!
