Our partnership with Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey.

This unique, very special, and limited-edition batch of Apple Bitters was created with care by our team here at Bitters Lab with apples sourced entirely from one of our non-profit partners, The Green Urban Lunch Box, in late autumn 2021.

We combined these beautiful apples with carefully selected bitter roots, barks, herbs and spices to create a one-of-a-kind flavor. The bitters were then aged for 90 days in a recently emptied 1856 Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey Cask before bottling.

We partnered with Love and Victory to design a special label for these bitters. Meg created such a beautiful design, we knew this not only had to be on the bottle, but we created a special box to house the bitters, in addition to T-Shirts, Totes and Enamel Pins. We could not be more thrilled with this gorgeous design.

Suggested Uses:

• Drinks: pairs well with whiskey, scotch, rum, vodka, wine, champagne, coffee & tea.

• Food: Excellent in baked goods and frostings. Great in savory dishes such as salad dressings, marinades, sauces, with meat & vegetables alike.
