Speeding Train

 

  • 1 oz still rosé wine

  • 1 oz Campari

  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

  • 4 dashes Cherry Rose bitters

  • Top w/sparkling Rosé

Add all ingredients except sparkling rosé to a mixing glass.

Add ice and stir. Strain into rocks glass over large ice cube. Top with sparkling rosé and express an orange peel over the glass and place inside.
