Bright & Shiny

• 1.5 oz Gin

• 1.5 oz dry vermouth

• 2 dashes Celery & Coriander bitters

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass

2. add ice & stir for about 10-15 seconds

3. Double strain into chilled coupe

4. garnish with lemon peel
