Little Talks

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz gin

  • 1 oz grapefruit juice

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

  • 1 oz rosemary simple syrup

  • 4 dashes Rhubarb & Sea Salt bitters

  • Top w/Prosecco

  • garnish: grapefruit wedge & rosemary sprig

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients except prosecco to a cocktail shaker

  2. Fill shaker with ice, shake for 15 seconds

  3. Strain cocktail into collins or rocks glass with fresh ice

  4. Slowly & gently top the cocktail with prosecco

  5. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge & rosemary sprig (optional)
