Our Chamomile Bitters have a fruity, and herbaceous flavor with a mild bitterness, and honeysuckle or apple-like finish.

Chamomile loves sweet & citrus flavors so try it with fruits, vegetables, dairy, spice or sugar blends, in soups or stocks, and in tea, vodka, rum, cognac, and especially gin based drinks.
