Whiskey Highball

 

This Japanese Whiskey Cocktail is a delicious spin on a classic cocktail, using our charred cedar and currant cocktail bitters.

  • 2 oz Japanese whiskey

  • 2 dashes Charred Cedar & Currant bitters

Add all ingredients to a collins glass, add ice & stir. Top with good quality ice cold club soda (we recommend Fever Tree). Garnish with lemon peel expressed over the glass.
