Pomegranate Spritz

 

  • 1.5 oz gin

  • 1 oz pomegranate juice

  • 1/4 oz simple syrup

  • 2 dashes Aromatic bitters

  • Top w/black cherry sparkling water (we like Waterloo)

Add all ingredients except sparkling water to a large wine goblet, fill with ice and stir. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with cocktail cherry & fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary.
