Pomegranate Americano

 

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic spirit, we like Seedlip Aromatic

  • 2 oz pomegranate juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • 6 dashes aromatic bitters

  • top with club soda

  • garnish: fresh lime wheels

Add lime wheels to a highball glass by sticking them to the sides of the inside of your cocktail glass.

Gently add ice cubes to the glass then, add all ingredients (except club soda) to a cocktail shaker.

Add ice & shake for 10 seconds.

Strain drink mixture into prepared glass & top with club soda.
