Neon Lights

 

2 oz gin, or vodka
1 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz spiced honey syrup
4 dashes grapefruit rosemary bitters
top w/chilled AVEC Grapefruit & Pomelo Soda
garnish: fresh grapefruit twist

  • add all ingredients except AVEC soda to a shaker, add ice & shake for 15 seconds

  • double strain into a chilled coupe

  • top with AVEC soda

  • garnish with a fresh grapefruit twist
