Grapefruit Rosemary Dressing & Marinade

 

1 tsp grapefruit zest

1/2 shallot, finely chopped

2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. grapefruit juice

1 Tbsp. dijon mustard

1 tsp. honey

1 tsp chopped rosemary

1 tsp Grapefruit Rosemary Bitters

salt, pepper & chili flakes to taste

  • add all ingredients to jar

  • shake until fully combined

  • Drizzle on all the things
