Blueberry Gin and Tonic
2 oz Waterpocket Distillery Temple of the Moon gin
1/4 oz simple syrup
squeeze of fresh lemon juice
4 dashes Blueberry Cardamom bitters
Top w/Fever Tree tonic water
Add all ingredients to a rocks glass, add ice & stir. Top with Fever Tree tonic water & garnish with fresh mint, dried orange wheel and some juniper berries.
