Cucumber Cooler

• 2 oz vodka

• 1 small lime wedge

• 2 dashes Habanero Lime bitters

• 3-5 slices of fresh cucumber

• Tonic water or club soda

Add cucumber and bitters to a Collins glass & squeeze the lime wedge in the glass and drop inside. Gently muddle all ingredients just to break up the cucumber. Add vodka & ice, stir to combine. Top with tonic water club soda. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
