Oolong FIzz


6 oz cold brewed Jade oolong tea

1/4 oz elderflower simple syrup

4 dashes apricot vanilla bitters

1/4 oz lemon juice

lemon garnish

top w/sparkling h20 (about 2 oz)

add tea, simple syrup, bitters and lemon juice to shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into chilled glass, top with sparkling water and lemon wheel for garnish

 

APRICOT TORONTO

2 ounces rye whiskey
1/4 ounce Fernet Branca
1/4 ounce simple syrup
2 dashes Bitters Lab Apricot Vanilla bitters

Combine rye, Fernet, simple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass and fill with cracked ice. Stir for 20 seconds and strain into chilled cocktail glass. garnish with an orange peel
