Hot Tequila Pink

  • 2 oz Tequila, El Jimador Blanco
  • 1 oz Watermelon Purée*
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup, or Pure Agave Nectar
  • 4 dashes, Bitters Lab, Habanero Lime Bitters
  • Lime wedge, & watermelon slice for garnish

In a shaker filled with ice combine the tequila, watermelon, & simple syrup. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice, add bitters &  garnish with lime wedge & watermelon slice. 

*Chop about 1.5 cups fresh watermelon into cubs, add to blender & purée until liquid.
