First released in Autumn of 2016, this flavor is a seasonal one offered every Autumn from September - November until sold out. It’s made exclusively with locally grown Utah Apricots which give this flavor a complete unique taste that can’t be beat!

 

Try It In:

Food:

  • Excellent in baked goods and frostings

  • Delightful addition to toasted nuts or atop ice cream

  • Fantastic in marinades for savory dishes with pork, chicken or fish

This is one of our founder’s favorites, she selfishly made this flavor for herself - since apricots are her favorite fruit. She wanted to inject apricot flavor in her cocktails & food, but being unable to find anything like it she made her own and it has quickly become a fan-favorite!

Imagine if you could capture the flavors of a season in your food or drink. Our Apricot Vanilla bitters do just that. Pitted, dried locally sourced apricots, plump & juicy whole Madagascar vanilla beans, combined with some black walnut leaf, wild cherry bark & other carefully selected herbs, spices, bitter roots & barks make up this incredibly approachable flavor.
